Finding and booking a space
How do I find parking?
Open the live map, use “Near me” or move the map, and filter by type and maximum price per hour.
How do I book a space?
Open a listing and message the host or send a booking request for the time you need. You’ll see the host’s reply in your inbox.
Do I need an account?
You can browse without one. To message hosts, book or review, create a free account or sign in.
What if the space isn’t as described?
Message the host first. Then leave an honest review so other drivers know, and tell us at sales@spotcheckapp.com.

Listing your space
What can I list?
Driveways, garages, lots, street spaces, covered spaces and EV-charging spaces.
How do I list a space?
Go to List your space, drop a pin, choose the type, set a price per hour, add the size or clearance and a photo, and publish.
Do I have to accept every request?
No. You review each booking request and choose who parks in your space.
Can I rent out my driveway where I live?
Local rules, HOA covenants and rental agreements can limit renting parking. Check what applies to your property before you list.
