Spot Check is a community parking marketplace. Drivers find open driveway, garage, lot, street, covered and EV-charging spaces on a live map. Hosts turn an empty space into income. Park smarter. Move freely.
Why we built it
The parking is already there. It just isn’t findable.
In busy places, especially beach towns and event districts, drivers circle the block while private driveways and garages a few streets away sit empty. Spot Check puts those spaces on the map, with a status and an hourly price, so drivers can see what’s open before they arrive and hosts can earn from space they already have.

Message the host
Ask a question or send a booking request for the exact time you need.
Park and review
Rate the space afterward so the next driver knows what to expect.
For hosts
List a space in about two minutes.
Drop a pin, choose the type (driveway, garage, lot, street, covered or EV charging), set your price per hour, note the size or clearance, add a photo and publish. You review each booking request and choose who parks in your space.
